About Riverview Cottage

Located on the same site as The Gingang, The Old Byre and The Stables, this semi detached cottage is a conversion of a 19th Century Barn in a most attractive position. The cottage has super views overlooking the River wear to woods and hillside of the valley beyond.

Riverview is a cosy cottage with beamed ceilings there is a kitchen/diner and a pleasant lounge with lovely views. Additionally on the ground floor there is a shower room, a W.C. and a utility room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom with over bath shower,

One pet is welcome at the charge of £20 per break.

Availability

Riverview is open all round and we welcome children and pets.

Tariff

Week breaks run from Saturday to Saturday
2 night breaks start on either a Friday or Saturday
3 night breaks start on a Friday
4 night breaks start on a Monday
Short breaks in peak seasons will only be accepted within 28 days of arrival.

Low Season

6th January - 17th June - £250

23rd September onwards - £250

(Excluding the following holiday weeks Easter, May week, October week, Christmas and New Year)

High Season

18th June - 23rd September - £350

(Including the following holiday weeks Easter, May week, October week, Christmas and New Year)

Short Breaks

3 & 4 night breaks - £180
